Here's my story

If I had a pound for every time someone said, "I just needed someone like you to talk to..."
I’d still be doing this work. Because that moment? That’s why I do what I do.
People come to me carrying more than they show, pressure, exhaustion, self-doubt, or a quiet disconnection from themselves. Sometimes it’s old wounds or outgrown roles. They’re not broken, just tired of pretending everything’s fine, ready for clarity, healing, and change.
That’s where I come in.
Before starting my private practice, I spent 17 years supporting individuals across diverse communities in the UK, China, and Africa, through transitions, identity shifts, and moments of uncertainty. Often working in sensitive settings, I learned the importance of holding trust, navigating complexity, and meeting people with care and respect. These experiences deepened my understanding of how our circumstances shape us and continue to guide the way I hold space today: grounded, culturally aware, and centred on you.
I offer a way of working that fits modern life, flexible scheduling, simple booking, and sessions designed around you. This doesn’t replace traditional methods, which I’m happy to offer too. My practice is a calm, welcoming space where you can show up as you are. We start where you are and move forward together.
I’m a registered BACP member and work with organisations like Mind and Family Matters, supporting complex and trauma-informed journeys.
If you’re feeling unclear or unsettled, you don’t have to carry it alone. I’d be honoured to walk alongside you, wherever you’re starting from.

• Unsure how to express feelings or set limits | • Trusts her own decisions “my choices are valid” |
• Confidence, self-worth, and sense of belonging at an all-time low | • Handles triggers with grounding tools instead of pushing them down |

Still Becoming
Confidence and self-belief are growing but remain a work-in-progress, and that’s perfectly normal. We continue to practice self-compassion and identity work so the roots of these gains keep deepening.
Her Message to Anyone Considering Therapy & Coaching
“It’s okay to get things wrong. Start believing in yourself, and the world around you starts changing too.”
Curious what your own journey could look like?
Let’s talk and see if this integrative counselling-and-coaching approach feels right for you.

I'm on a mission...
…to help people feel empowered from the inside out. I believe one honest moment, one shift in perspective, or one brave step can spark real, lasting change.
My work is about helping you tune into yourself - not to fix who you are, but to remind you of your strength, your voice, and your ability to move forward with purpose.
Because when you reconnect with your true power, everything else begins to shift - your confidence, your choices, your life.
Common Questions
Some information that is commonly asked by new clients, which can help with your decision making:
- How long will I need? As long as it’s helpful. We’ll review regularly and adjust as needed.
- Will you tell me what to do? I won’t give you instructions, but together we’ll look at things from different angles so you can decide what feels right for you.
- Do we review progress? Absolutely. Reviews are built in, we’ll check what’s working, what’s not, and make changes if needed, this is your space.
- What about endings? We’ll plan for a thoughtful ending, or a pause, when you feel ready. There’s no rush, and we’ll go at a pace that feels right for you.
- What if I’m unsure? Start with a free call, no pressure, just space to explore.
- How is this different from therapy or coaching alone? It combines emotional healing (therapy) with action-focused growth (coaching) to help you heal and move forward at the same time.
- Is this confidential?Yes, all sessions are strictly confidential and follow professional ethical standards as well as the standards set by the BACP.
